1.1 Where can I get it?
If you're on Android:
You can install it via Google Play Store, By simply type "Microsoft To Do: Lists and Tasks" in the search bar.
If you're on ISO:
You can install it via App Store, By typing "Microsoft To Do: Lists and Tasks" in the search category.
1.2 How to use it?
Upon opening the app you will be greeted by a list of 6 options.
- My Day: This is where you can see the tasks that you have set for today.
- Important: You can select which tasks are important and need to be done first.
- Planned: This is where you can set your tasks to be completed within the due date.
- Assigned to me: This is where you and your team can set a plan or goal if you are working with other people.
- Flagged email: This is the same as the two options above, but it is for flagged emails only.
- Tasks: This option and the Planned option have the same function. The only difference is that this Tasks option doesn’t have a due date.
