Stress can be defined as any type of change that causes physical, emotional, or psychological strain. Stress is your body's response to anything that requires attention or action.
There are many different things in life that can cause stress. Some of the main sources of stress include work, finances, relationships, parenting, and day-to-day inconveniences.
Everyone experiences stress to some degree. The way you respond to stress, however, makes a big difference to your overall well-being.
Sometimes, the best way to manage your stress involves changing your situation. At other times, the best strategy involves changing the way you respond to the situation.
Here are two apps that I strongly recommend that most people can use to relieve stress and improve their well-being:
Both of the apps are music, audio, and video streaming services that let you listen to millions of songs, albums and artists.
They are currently the world's two most popular apps for music streaming.
Unfortunately, for Apple Music, people cannot use it for free without subscribing to its plans. For Spotify, people can use it for free on PC. However, they still need to pay for its premium plans to get access to unlimited music and high quality audio on mobile, otherwise they can only play the music in shuffle.
In addition, users can download songs and play them offline on both platforms. They can listen to podcasts on Spotify and radio shows on Apple Music as well.
Both platforms offer a one-month free trail for new users, then $3.29/month for Apple Music individual plan, and $2.99/month for Spotify Premium individual plan. (Prices in Cambodia)
Anyway, people can stream the music on YouTube as well, but it is not as convenience as streaming music on these platforms, also they will not get to experience the high quality audio from the songs they are playing.
Well, if you are stressed and you are a huge music lover too, so what are you waiting for?
