    Most college students struggle to stay focused and be productive because they feel overwhelmed by the assignments that their professors have assigned for them. Furthermore, some of the students are also working a part-time job or a full-time job, so they may not have enough time to complete the assignments. Moreover, the worst is that poor organization affects both physical and mental health, which might lead a person to feel more anxiety, stress, and headaches due to mental exhaustion.

There are lots of tasks that you need to do each day. However, sometimes you might waste time on social media, chat around, procrastinate, etc.
